基于数据挖掘当代名医徐福松中医治疗男性病用药规律研究

摘 要:目的基于数据挖掘对中医药治疗男性病用药规律的研究。方法检索中医电子光盘数据库(CNKI)中涉及当代名医徐福松中医药治疗男性病中医处方用药的临床研究文献,建立数据库,采用SPSS12.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果整理符合要求的中医药治疗男性病内服复方447首,中药301种,总用药次数为5476次。结论①核心药物为茯苓、生地黄、泽泻、车前子、丹皮、甘草、当归、白芍药、牛膝、枸杞子。②核心药类依次为补虚药、清热药、利水渗湿药、活血化瘀药。③药味药性分别以甘、苦、辛;寒、温、平为主。④药物归经依次以肝、肾、脾、心、肺、胃为主。

Abstract :Objective Based on data mining on Chinese medicine treatment of urinary stone disease medication regularity.Methodfor retrieving Chinese Journal Full-text Database ( CNKI ) in 1985-2012 year involving the urinary stone disease in TCM prescription medication clinical research literature, build a database, using SPSS12.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Resultsthe finishing to meet the requirements of the TCM treatment of urinary stone disease 209, involving the oral compound 209, 301 kinds of Chinese medicine, general medicine 1843 times. The Chinese species in turn to eliminating dampness through diuresis medicine, tonifying drug, activating blood and removing stasis, regulating qi, antipyretic, Xiaoshi drugs, purgatives, diaphoretic, total medication medicine 86.434%; with sweet, bitter, spicy, fresh, cumulative frequency up to 86.671%; resistance to cold, flat, temperature, cumulative frequency of 93.081%; to the liver, bladder, spleen, the stomach, kidney, lung, heart, cumulative frequency up to 83.672%.Conclusionthe clinical benefit to water dampness, tonifying drug, activating blood and removing stasis, regulating qi, antipyretic medicine use more; the use of core single herbs were loosestrife, licorice, talc, Sea Sands, Cha Maeko, Ishi, hyssop, mallow seed, Gallus gallus, wood etc.
